Pork
Fried Rice3 tablespoons peanut oil
3 scallions, chopped
4 ounces roast pork
12 ounces cooked long grain rice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
Heat the oil in a skillet. Fry the egg and drain on paper
towels. Cut into small squares. Add the scallions in to the
skillet and cook until just translucent. Add in the pork and
continue stirring until cooked. Add in the rice, soy sauce,
salt and eggs. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes
