Frying Okra
Slice your okra 'bout a quarter inch, each piece. Dip in mixed
egg, then in yellow cornmeal---THEN in egg again---THEN in
yellow cornmeal. This holds the batter to the okra, so much
better. NO FLOUR!!!!! What good southerner would use flour in
frying okra--OR Fried Green Tomatoes????
