Linguini Aglio E Olio -
Linguini With Garlic and Olive Oil.
Linguini-1 pound.
Olive Oil- 3/4 cup.
Garlic- 1/4 cup, chopped.
Fresh Basil-1 tablespoon.
Fresh Parsley-1 tablespoon.
Pecarino Romano Cheese- 1/2 cup.
Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
Boil and cook the pasta to al
dente. In a pan pour in the oil and saute the garlic on a
medium flame until lightly golden. Toss in the herbs and stir.
Place the pasta in a large bowl. Toss the warm oil mixture on
top of the pasta. Add the cheese and toss until all the pasta
is well coated. Add more cheese, re-season with salt and
pepper if you like. Also you may add a sprinkle of red pepper
flakes. Abundonza!
