Jalapeno Dip1-4oz. can jalapenos, drained and finely
chopped
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
1-16 oz. can refried beans
1 medium onion, chopped finely 1 teaspoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small skillet saute the onions just until they begin
to soften. Add in all the other ingredients and simmer for 5
minutes. Pour into a crock. Serve warm with your favorite
nacho chips or Fritos
