Butter Corn
2 - 1lb
packages frozen corn kernels (I'm sure you could use fresh)
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 stick butter (no substitutes)
1 t. sugar
3/4 t. salt
pepper to taste
Mix
all in crockpot & cook on high for 1 hr. then low for another
1 to 2 hrs. Stir often. Yum
