Broccoli With Roasted Red Peppers 2 bunches broccoli
1/4 cup olive oil
Garlic
3 roasted red peppers cut into strips
1 T. lemon Juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Steam the broccoli. Drain it and keep it warm. Heat the
olive oil in a small skillet. Add the garlic and saute over
low heat for about 5 minutes until garlic is browned and
crisp. Arrange the broccoli and peppers on a serving dish.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour oil with
the garlic all over the vegetables
