1/4 C reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 C plain low fat yogurt
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs honey
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 C shredded cabbage (1/2 head)
3 C apples, chopped
Mix together all dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage
and apples. Makes 8 (1 cup) servings. Nutrient analysis per serving: Calories, 53; fat, .4 g;
