Sun Dried Tomato Dip

packet (8oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup drained oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, chopped, 1
teaspoon oil from jar reserved.
At
medium-high speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add
sour cream, basil, salt, pepper and reserved oil. Beat
until blended. Stir in tomatoes. Cover. Refrigerate 2
hours or overnight.
