Summer
Tomato Salad.
6 ripe tomatoes cut in 1" chunks
1 medium onion, cut fine
1 lrg. green pepper or 2 frying
peppers, sliced thin
1 T. oregano
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients well and serve. Delicious with fresh
good crusty Italian bread.
