1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp veg oil
1/4 cup dried chives (opt)
2 tsp garlic powder

Combine and stir. I usually put it all in a big ziploc bag, shake it around till everything is dissolved then add chicken etc.
