Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBS sugar
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1-3 cloves of crushed garlic
Mix all ingredients well. I use it to marinade meat, and
for stir frys. Can be used as a thicker sauce if you cook it
down.
