Soy
and Ginger Marinade2 cloves garlic, minced
1 slice ginger root, minced
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper-a pinch. In a small mixing bowl combine
all the ingredients and mix well. Marinate ribs or pork in the
liquid for up to 2 hours. I have been known to marinate
overnight. Grill or broil
