Raspberry Glaze For Grilled Salmon.
Red Raspberry Preserves-4 tablespoons
White Vinegar-4 tablespoons
Black Pepper-to taste
Salmon-2 lb.
Kosher Salt-to taste.
Clean and sprinkle salmon with black pepper and salt. Grill
the salmon in a little butter. Mix preserves and vinegar.
Plate the Salmon and drizzle the glaze over the fish. Serve
with rice
