Pasta Salad
500
grams spiral pasta
200 grams baby mushrooms sliced
1 large red capsicum – diced
1 large green capsicum – diced
1 can corn kernels – drained
1 250ml bottle of Caesar salad dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 sticks celery – sliced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley – chopped
Cook
pasta until tender, drain and rinse with cool water. Let sit
until cool. Add all other ingredients together and mix well
but gently with pasta
