Caribbean Jerk Marinade
3 chillis (stems and seeds removed)
2TBS Chopped Green Onion
1/2tsp Cinnamon
1/4tsp Salt
1TBS Honey
1tsp Steak Sauce
3tsp Allspice
1/2tsp nutmeg
2TBS Water
4tsp Lime Juice.
Combine all in blender and blend until smooth.
