Herb Yorkshire Pudding.

Ingredients:
Chives-1 teaspoon, chopped.
Fresh Parsley-1 tablespoon, chopped.
Prime Rib Drippings-8 tablespoons.
Whole Milk-1 cup.
Flour-1 cup.
Whole Extra Large Eggs-2.
Salt- 1 teaspoon.

Instructions:
Place the Prime Rib pan drippings into a 9x9 cake pan. Using a pastry brush spread the drippings up the edges and on the lip of the pan. Place the pan into a preheated 425F degree oven for 8 minutes. In a bowl mix the flour, eggs, milk and salt. Blend until well combined. The batter must come to room temperature. Take the heated pan out of the oven. The dripping should be bubbling and hot. Place the herbs into the hot pan. Pour the batter into the pan and place the pan in the middle rack in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes at the 425F degree oven. Important**Batter must be at room temperature before you put it in the pan to bake or the Herb Yorkshire Pudding will not rise properly. Plate in to a square platter and cut in to square pieces.
