Ham Sauce
4Tbsp. tomato ketchup
4Tbsp. sherry
2Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
4Tbsp. butter
2Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1tsp. dry mustard
Mix vinegar and mustard into smooth paste. Then add other ingredients.
Heat, stirring to mix all ingredients.
Serve hot with ham
