Scotch Glaze

Try using this glaze on pork chops and ribs. It is delicious.
Ingredients:
Soy Sauce-1/4 cup.
Scotch Whisky-1/4 cup.
Honey-1/2 cup.
Hot Water-1/2 cup.
Garlic-2 cloves crushed.

Mix all these ingredients and let it sit for a few hours. Baste chops or ribs with the glaze throughout the cooking process. Enjoy.
