Dill-Lemon Basting Sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 stick(1/4 cup) butter
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, or 1 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
In a small saucepan combine lemon juice, butter, dill, salt
and pepper. Heat to bubbling. Cool to lukewarm before using.
Use on chicken or fish.
