Chipotle Peach Glaze
I made this last night for steaks & it was awesome! I bet
it would be great on chicken & burgers too!
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup lime juice
1 can chipotles in adobo sauce (2 or 3 peppers), seeded &
chopped
1 t. adobo sauce
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
Mix all ingredients except cilantro in saucepan, heat
over low heat, stirring occasionally, until preserves are
melted. Stir in cilantro a few minutes before serving.
