Cajun
Mayonnaise
Yield: 1 Cup
1/2 c Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 ts Crumbled dried oregano
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1/4 ts Ground cumin
2 pn Cayenne pepper
2 pn Black pepper
Prepare 24 hours before using, for flavors to blend.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered,
until ready to use.
