Curry
Butter
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a small pan and cook 1 small onion,
minced, until wilted. Add 4tsp. curry powder and continue to
cook until the onion is ALMOST soft and the curry begins to
give off it's characteristic smell. Cool the onion-curry
mixture. Then beat it into 1/2c. butter ( at room temperature)
until thoroughly mixed. Serve in cauliflower, broccoli,
broiled chicken, lamb chops, broiled swordfish
