Fish Batter

For making perfect fried fish, you'll need the perfect batter!

1 cup flour
1.1/4 tsp double acting baking powder
tsp salt
3/4 cup water. Mix till smooth.

Dust the fish lightly with corn starch before you batter the fish, it clings to it better.
