Artichoke Pie1 pkge. frozen artichoke hearts
4 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 C. diced salami and prosciutto
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 C. diced mozzarella
1/4 C. grated cheese
1-9" pie crust
Defrost 1 package artichoke hearts and pat dry. Mix 4 eggs
well; blend in salami and prosciutto. Add 1 tsp. salt and
pepper. Blend in mozzarella and grated cheese. Pour into pie
crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
