BBQ Burger Kebabs
Makes 4 - 6 servings.

Ingredients:
6 patties The Good Veggie Burger (Yves Veggie Cuisine)
4 green onions, finely chopped
3 large  cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tbs.   fresh ginger, chopped
14 tbs.  soya sauce
1 cup    fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ tsp.   cayenne peppers
salt and pepper
bamboo skewers

1. Using an electric blender with a dough hook attachment (or a wooden spoon if done by hand), mix all the above ingredients.
2. Using an ice cream scoop, form balls of the mixture and wrap around a bamboo skewer, leaving enough room at one end of the skewer.
3. Steam the kebabs for 10 minutes, transfer to the BBQ and grill for
another 5 minutes, rotating the skewers occasionally.
4. Coat the kebabs with plum sauce.
