Veal Paprika2 lb. veal shoulder, cubed
3 T. flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken boullion
3/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. medium egg noodles
1 1/4 T. sesame seeds
2 tsp. paprika
3/4 C. sour cream
Coat veal cubes in flour and brown slowly in 2 Tbls.
butter. Add onion; cook, stirring, until onion is
tender(3-5 minutes). Add broth, salt, garlic salt and
pepper. Bring to a boil, cover; reduce heat; simmer 50 to
60 minutes, or until meat is tender. Meanwhile cook
noodles. In remaining butter cook sesame seeds. Drain the
noodles; toss with butter and sesame seeds. Keep hot.
Blend sour cream and paprika into veal mixture. Heat
gently. Serve veal paprika over hot noodles.
