Tuna Steaks in a Lime and Ginger Marinade

1 1/2 pounds fresh tuna steaks
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash Cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced


Add all the ingredients except the fish in a bowl. Mix well. Place the fresh tuna steaks into a ziplock plastic bag and pour the marinade in also. Make sure the tuna steaks are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 ours or longer. Grill or broil for 8 minutes per side continually basting with the marinade. Discard any extra marinade
