4 C. flour
1 T. baking powder
2 t. salt
1/3 C. lard

Mix together, using a pastry blender or two forks.

Add 1 1/4 C. hot water, stir till combined. Rest 15 min. Roll on lightly floured surface & brown in skillet on medium/high heat.

Great for large soft tacos, taco pizzas or even with a spread of butter
