Blue Cheese Salmon

Salmon filets
Walnuts, chopped
Chives, chopped
White wine
Blue Cheese
Butter
Place salmon in a shallow baking dish. Melt butter (about 1TBS per filet). Mix with wine to tast and chopped chives and pour mixture over salmon. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. While salmon is cooking mix together chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, chopped chives and just a bit of butter to coat the mixture. Top salmon with mixture and put back into oven to melt the cheese.
