Line bottom of 8" square pan with a layer of sliced apples &
sliced onion.
Make the following sauce:
1 C ketchup or tomato sauce
3 Tbsp ea of vinegar, worcestheshire sauce.
1 Tbsp sugar.
1 tsp salt & dash tobasco sauce
add 1/2 C wataer if too thick
Pour half sauce over apples & onions.
Arrange 4 pork chops on top & pour over remaining sauce.
Bake covered @ 325 deg for one hour & 15 min.
Uncover for the last half hour.
