Polynesian Kabobs on Rice
2 Polish sausage or any other cooked sausage
4 green peppers
2 cups pineapples, cubed
1 cup sweet and sour sauce or hot sauce
4 servings rice
Cut sausages into eighths.
On a skewer alternate chunks of pineapple and green
peppers with the
sausage.
Place on grill four to six inches from coals or flame
until heated.
thoroughly.
Baste with the sweet and sour/hot sauce.
Serve over rice.
