Scallop Pasta Sauce1 1/2 lbs. scallops
1/3 stick butter
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 T. capers
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 C. plum tomatoes
1/4 C. heavy cream
2 T. minced garlic
Put scallops into boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes; set
aside. In large skillet, add butter, garlic, red pepper
oregano, salt, capers, plum tomato (all the while, keep
stirring) heavy cream, then add the scallops. Bring to simmer
and keep stirring, 5 minutes. Use as sauce for pasta.
