1 pound lean ground lamb
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
4 lettuce leaves
4 kaiser rolls, split
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)
4 tomato slices
1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint
Form ground lamb into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
Press pepper evenly into patties.
Grill patties on the greased rack of a grill.
Place lettuce on bottoms of rolls. Top with patties, feta
cheese, tomato slices, mint, and tops of rolls.
Makes 4 burgers.
