Curry
Meat Balls! lb. ground beef
2 tsp. curry powder
1 cup stuffing mix-crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh ground pepper
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 32 small meatballs, saute
in butter over medium high heat about 5 minutes until brown.
Serve in a chafing dish with colored toothpicks. Maybe made
early in the day, refrigerate, cook and serve.
