Blue Marlin with Lemon juice
-800g or so of blue marlin
-olive oil
-lemon-pepper
-3 lemons
-Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
-Coat the fish with olive oil.
-Sprinkle the lemon-pepper on each sides.
-Cover the fish with lemon juice (use two lemons).
-Add Worcestershire Sauce to taste( optional).
-Put it in the fridge.
-Wait about half an hour.
-Barbecue for 12 min. (turn side at mid-time) and pour some lemon juice
(use the third lemon).
Serve on a bed of rice.
You can replace the rice if you want to.
