Asian Style Lamb Chops6 thick cut lamb chops
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons chili paste
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon ginger root, minced
Brown the lamb chops lightly in the sesame oil. Set
aside. Add in the onions and garlic and saute lightly
until just tender. Add all the other ingredients and
simmer for a few minutes. Return the lamb chops to the
pan. Cover and cook until done. Spoon the sauce over the
chops
