Grouper in Parsley Cream Sauce
Will need:
8 oz of grouper fillets
3 cups of chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup of chopped onion
4 garlic gloves-minced
3/4 cup of clam juice
1 cup of cream
4 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon of salt
Preheat oven to 375. Combine next seven ingredients well
blended together in a small bowl. Place fish in a baking dish
coated with cooking spray. Pour sauce over the fillets. Cover
with foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until fish
flakes when you tested it with a fork.
