Fried Chicken Coating
1. I use a bag/box of seasoned bread crumbs, grind them fine
in the blender, add parmesan cheese and use it like shake and
bake.
2. Take a box of better cheddar crackers, blend those fine,
dip the chicken in beaten egg in melted butter and use it like
shake and bake.
3.Instant potatoes make a real good coating too. I know
that doesn't sound to good but it really is. It gives it a
good crunch.
