Creamed Baked Fish2 onions sliced
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 pint sour cream or onion sour cream
1 lb. fish filets (flounder, salmon
or halibut)
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute onions and peppers (do not brown). Place fish in with
onions and peppers, the spread entire surface with sour cream.
Bake at 375F. degree oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes
when touched.
