Beef Dijonnaise with Dill Sauce

12 Wolferman's San Francisco Sour Dough Mini Muffins, split and toasted
1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Dill sauce (recipe below)

Cook ground beef in skillet over medium high heat until meat is brown, stirring to crumble. Drain. Combine cooked beef with chili sauce, sour cream, green onion, mustard, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Arrange 24 muffin halves, split side up, on a broiler pan. Spoon mixture on mini muffin halves. Broil 6 inches from heat about 6 minutes. Top with dill sauce. Makes 24 appetizers.

Dill Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, salt to taste. Mix all ingredients well.
