Dried Beef Casserole2c dry macaroni, uncooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup(or celery)(I used one of each)
2c milk
2c grated cheddar cheese (a mix with pepperjack)
6T of Durkee's french fried onions
10 oz dried beef, chopped up a bit (I used 4.5 oz)
5 hard boiled eggs sliced (I used 2)

Combine soup and milk and stir until creamy, then add rest of
the ingredients except eggs. Mix well, then fold in eggs last.
Cover tightly, and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1
hour at 350º. You can add more onion rings on top 10 before it
comes out of the oven.
*I added a 1/4 cup chopped onion & 1/4 cup chopped celery
to this.
