Alfredo Sauce
Will
Need:
4 oz of butter
2 cups of freshly grated parmesan
1 1/2 cups of cream
4 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Melt butter in pan over low heat. Add the parmesan and
bring it to a boil, stirring consistently. Reduce heat and let
simmer, stirring until the sauce has thickened slightly. Add
the chopped parsley, and salt and pepper for taste. Stir well.
