Crab
Salad and Cold Pasta
Will
Need:
7-8 oz. of Spaghetti
3 tablespoon of olive oil
1 oz. of butter
3-8oz. cans of crab meat, drained well
1 large yellow pepper cut into very thin strips
3 teaspoons of grated lemon rind
4 tablespoons of grated parmesan
2 tbs chopped chives
4 tbs chopped fresh parsley
2 tbs of lemon juice
Break the spaghetti into half and boil until al dente then
drain, toss with butter and oil and remaining ingredients,
including the crab and let cool and chill in fridge for about
20 minutes before serving.
