Rompope
2 cups sugar
8 egg yolks
2/3 cup light cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups light or dark rum
2/3 cup bourbon
Beat the egg yolks and sugar together until well
combined. Use an electric mixer. Add in all the other
ingredients until and keep mixing until the sugar is
dissolved. Refrigerate and serve in small serving as the
drink is very rich, almost like a custard consistency
