Sparkling Punch

2 C orange juice
3 Tbs lemon juice (juice of one lemon), optional
6 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 C unsweetened apple juice
12 oz. lemon or lime sparkling mineral water or club soda

In a large pitcher, combine the fruit juices and sparkling water. Pour over ice. Makes about 4 (10 oz.) servings.
