Cola Ribs

5 hours 10 minutes (10 min prep, 5 hrs cooking)
2 servings
2 pork baby-back racks of ribs (cut into serving sized pieces)
3 large onions (sliced)
1 (12 ounce) can cola (any kind)
1 bottle barbecue sauce (your choice)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce& black pepper.
2 Rub mixture onto rib pieces.
3 Layer ribs& onions in a Dutch oven& pour cola over all.
4 Cover& bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
5 Remove pan from oven& pour off cola juices.
6 Add BBQ sauce, cover& return to oven for 1 hour more
