Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie.
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pecans chopped
1 6 oz. pkge. chocolate chips
1 9" unbaked pie shell
Combine eggs, syrup, salt vanilla and syrup. Mix well. Stir
in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell
and bake at 375 degrees F. oven for 55 minutes, until pie has
set. Serve with fresh whipped cream if desired. Makes 6 to 8
servings
