Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa  
1/4 cup butter (1 stick, cut up)  
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter  
3 cups quick oats (dry, not cooked)  
1/2 teaspoon salt  
1 tablespoon vanilla  

Put sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan and bring to boil.
Boil at a rapid boil for TWO minutes (no more!!).
Combine peanut butter, oats, salt and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Pour hot chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture.
Mix well and quickly drop by spoonfuls on to wax paper.
Let sit on wax paper until cool and set.
