Kahlua Pecan Pie
9 inch prepared pastry crust
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur
1 cup pecans, chopped
With a whisk, lightly beat eggs and add brown sugar,
butter, and salt. Blend well. Add syrups and Kahlua. Blend.
Add pecans and blend again.
Pour into prepared pastry crust and bake at 350
degrees for about 40 minutes, or until set.
Cool. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
