Corn
Light Bread.
2 cups corn meal
1 cup flour
1/2 to 3/4 C. flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 cups buttermilk
Combine flour, sugar and meal; mix together. Combine eggs,
milk and oil; mix together. Stir solid mixture into liquid
mixture slowly. When evenly combined pour into hot greased
loaf pan. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
